How Affinity Bean supports your institution

You decide how much, when and where, to promote your institutions Affinity Bean program – we encourage you to promote the program as the number of cans sold directly effect your quarterly donation - but it is ultimately up to you to decided how much or little you want to market the program.

Support during “set-up”

Creating the label: We will provide you with the necessary templates and guidelines so you can create your own custom Affinity Bean label. If you prefer our in-house designer can assist you with the design of the label at no cost.

Support with continuous marketing efforts

We assist, and provide you with all tools necessary to promote your Affinity Bean program through the vehicles available to you.

Web Site: Your institutions Web site will be one of the tools used to promote the program. We will supply you with a graphic as well as appropriate text and hyperlink to place on your Web site.

Alumni Magazine: We will supply you with advertisements to be used for your alumni magazine and upon request we will work with you to create personalized magazine ads.

Newsletter: We will supply you with graphic and text that you can use for your electronic or hardcopy newsletter.

Campaigns: We do not call, email or mail your constituencies, however, we have years of direct mail, phone-a-thon and overall affinity experience. If your like, we will work with you to promote your Affinity Bean program in: Capital Campaign Appeals, Direct Mail Appeals, Phone-a-thon, Annual Fund, or Bookstore.
